· Instruction of any expert witnesses

· Instruction of any interpreters

· Taking statements from any other witnesses

· Any potential advice on appeal

Not Guilty Fees

(Trials, Special Reasons and Exceptional Hardship)

Full Day Trial – £1,500 (+VAT)

Half Day Trial – £750 (+VAT)

Special Reasons or Hardship Hearing – £750 (+VAT)

Our fees include:

· Attendance and representation, including a conference with the advocate prior to the hearing, at the Magistrates Court

· Car parking/mileage or other travel expenses

Our fees do not include:

Debt Recovery

We offer a fixed fee service for debt recovery. We calculate our costs in accordance with the stages of the recovery process.

To review the initial documents and send a letter before claim chasing payment, our costs are £100 plus VAT.

If they do not respond, to review any additional documents, draft and serve a letter of claim our costs are an additional £80 plus VAT.

If at this point the defendants have not made payment the next step is to issue court proceedings. To draft all relevant court documents and issue into Court our costs are an additional £200 plus VAT.

The court issue fee is payable additional to our costs and dependent on the value looking to recover.
